Please note shipping charges are only an approximation and variables due exist that may alter shipping charge.
Same Day shipping available for all orders submitted before 2pm est. Except National Holidays, International Customers, and weekends.
Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. Need to return something? Just send it back within 30 days of receiving your package, and we’ll refund your money. NO RMA number or return authorization is required. If you received a return label in your package, simply follow the directions on the label. Please include either a copy of your receipt or include any of your information so we can look up the order, an order number is welcome.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED AT PURCHASERS EXPENSE. If the return is the result of a SURPLUS WORLD error, we’ll refund return shipping costs.
Guidelines for acceptable returns
All returns must be in new condition, with all tags attached and original manufacturer’s packaging intact. Shoes without the original shoe box cannot be accepted.
The return or exchange must take place within 30 days from the ship date of the item(s).
Due to safety and legal concerns, we cannot accept returns on the following items: climbing equipment, any used or surplus items, sale items, ghillie suits, books or manuals, weapons of any kind, and Airsoft guns.
Used or laundered items cannot be returned.
Any item(s) that cannot be returned will be shipped back to the consumer without refund.
Footwear must include its original box. Please do not apply postage directly to shoe boxes when returning footwear.
Please note: if your original order included a shipping charge, we cannot refund the shipping.
To return an item to our Surplus World location
- Be sure to bring your receipt when returning or exchanging items at one of our retail locations.
- Please note that CLEARANCE and/or SALE ITEMS purchased in-store/online may not be returned.

We do not accept exchanges online. If you’d like to exchange your purchase for another item, please return your original purchase and create a new order for the replacement item. Surplus World offers a 30-day warranty on most items we sell. There are products, however that are exclusively warrantied by the manufactures; i.e. our Airsoft Guns and accessories. Please call or email us for any/all warranty questions and we will be happy to answer your questions. Please understand, the last thing we want to do is inconvenience our customers by having them send product to the manufacturer on their own, but on a few occasions, it must be. Please try on your footwear and make sure it fits exactly the way you need it to. Once footwear is creased or worn outside, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If footwear is damaged, soiled, or showing any wear, they will not be accepted for return or exchange. Surplus World offers a 30-day warranty; however each boot manufacturer can offer a longer warranty period, which the individual consumer is required to deal with the manufacturer of the boot.
Defective merchandise must be returned within 20 days of receipt of goods and Surplus World should be notified of the return. All claims for merchandised lost and/or damaged in transit must be made to the delivering carrier. Damaged or unsealed cartons must be noted from carrier.

Surplus World does not reimburse any freight charges associated with a return/exchange. RETURNS THAT DON’T FOLLOW OUR POLICY GUIDELINES WILL INCUR A 15% RESTOCK FEE. NO REFUNDS ON IN STORE SALES. No credit card information is ever stored in our website. All credit card transactions are highly and encrypted through our merchant processor and gateway. Our site hosting and security are constantly monitored to deter any hacking attempts. In the event of a security breach our site will be instantly locked down to stop any further purchases until resolved.
